REVIEW : Repair of infrastructure presents case for large-scale industrialisation

The country's economic growth has been hindered by infrastructure delivery bottlenecks. Companies in the metal and engineering sector face immediate challenges due to the decay of infrastructure, which are both alarming and distressing.
