By implementing sustainable, optimal, and innovative strategies, it is possible to enhance the mobilization of private capital, thereby alleviating the constraints imposed by limited public budgets. When combined with the strategic allocation of government resources and the provision of technical support, blended finance can play a pivotal role in stimulating private investments in infrastructure development.
