As a hardhatPROFESSIONAL you communicate daily with a variety of stakeholders - subcontractors, suppliers, Engineers / Contractors (depending on which role you are in), Clients, community members, PSC members, employees and so on. All these stakeholders  are vital to the success of any project therefore developing an ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds positions you for success

Toughness.

The working conditions in the hardhatINDUSTRY can be arduous: the working hours are long and there are a variety of problems to solve at any given moment. All of this requires someone who demonstrates toughness through an attitude of persistence and never giving up till the end.
