Education was very important to Nelson Mandela and contributed to the calibre of person he was, says Refilwe Rapotu. He is often quoted: “Education is THE most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

To emulate Nelson Mandela and use our individual power to make an impact in the world, Refilwe Rapotu suggests that Construction and Built Environment Professionals could set up and run an on-line career guidance seminar/platform for high school scholars and/or university students to show them how real life is in the Construction/Built Environment industry.
