What is Hardhat Conversations?

The Hardhat Professional is starting Hardhat Conversations to encourage engagements between Junior and Senior Hardhat Professionals





This is an initiative by Madute Rapulane a Junior Engineer specializing in Water and Sanitation. Madute says he has surrounded himself with a lot of experienced Hardhat Professionals and that has helped him a lot in his career,but he also observed that not all his peers have access to the same experience.

This motivated him to come up with this idea so that not only Junior Hardhat Professionals could gain from experienced Professionals but the experienced Professionals could also learn from the Juniors so this becomes a two way learning opportunity for both new entrants in the industry and those who have been in the industry for a while.

Our first topic for is "How are Hardhat Professionals coping with Covid- 19" we spoke to Hardhat Professionals across the board on this subject i.e. we spoke to Built Environment Professionals, Construction Professionals, Hardhat Professionals in the Public Sector Professional and Hardhat Professionals in Academia,
