VACANCY: Finishing Foreman

A multi-dimensional and dynamic Built Environment Group of Companies that offers a turnkey solution for a range of services is seeking a Finishing Foreman with experience in upmarket residential housing.

Purpose

To manage and supervise finishes and snagging on an upmarket residential housing project

Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction of upmarket residential housing

Required Qualifications
  • Must have a trade qualification in Carpentry or similar
Competencies required
  • Ability to manager Finishes and Quality Control
  • Ability to supervise of sub-contractors
  • Ability to manage daily diaries
  • Must have strong finishing and snagging abilities
  • Ability to monitor programme / sub-contractors and cost as well as the safe work procedures for the subcontractors
